Chartwell Controls Ltd are an established forward thinking BeMS service provider seeking to hire a part time, experienced and “open minded” employee in the ongoing delivery of energy focused support services. The Role
We are looking to employ a full time Contract Administrator to work from our Head Office in Westerham.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a high existing customer service
- Client & Engineer Reactive works
- To undertake any other duties as requested by senior staff
- Liaise with the Service Manager, Service Engineers and other staff as required to carry out this role
- Chartwell Connect & Chartworld Client Portal
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Instigation of Service Contract billing
- Proactive job investigation
- Set up of service contracts
Relevant Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Office experience
- Proficiency in MS office: Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work alone from time to time using own initiative when required
- Good telephone manner
- Good organisation skills and an eye for detail
- Ideally demonstrate experience of service delivery in the construction industry
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Flexible Customer focused approach
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
Successful applicant duties will include but not be limited to:
- Reactive emails
- Maintenance of Project planner
- Liaising with clients & staff
Additional training will be provided when required.
Job Type: Full time – Mon-Fri 37.5hrs per week – permanent
Salary: Between £25-27k per annum, depending on experience
