Chartwell Controls are an established forward thinking BeMS service provider and are seeking to hire a full-time, experienced and “open-minded” employee in the ongoing delivery of the energy focused support services and projects.
Our proactive approve in the support of BeMS systems, whilst maintaining system availability and environmental conditions will provide our customers with ways in which to continually reduce energy costs, whilst reducing damaging gas emissions.
Based from home, the BeMS Engineer will be required to cover Southwest region(s), South Wales, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Gloucester etc.
Preferably living within the Southwest, the BeMS Engineer’s duties will be a mix of servicing and small project work (upgrades, retrofits, small installations etc). The chosen candidate who takes on this excellent opportunity will be actively encouraged to consider, share and deploy ways to benefit our current and expanding customer base.
Due to the nature of the business an element of out of hours work will be required.
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Trend BeMS essential
- Knowledge of Tridium and Schneider would be advantageous
- An understanding of HVAC applications
- Demonstrate electrical skills/competence
- Demonstrate working with initiative
- Strong report writing skills
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
- Flexibility
- A proactive attitude with pride displayed in your work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with PC’s
