We are currently searching for a BeMS Project/Commissioning Engineer to join our growing London team.
The Company
Chartwell Controls are an established forward thinking BeMS service provider and are seeking to hire a full-time, experienced, open-minded employee in the ongoing delivery of the energy focused support services and projects.
Our proactive approach in the support of BeMS systems, whilst maintaining system availability and environmental conditions will provide our customers with ways in which to continually reduce energy costs, whilst reducing damaging gas emissions.
The Position
Based from home, the BeMS Project/Commissioning Engineer will be required to cover London and the South region with the option to work in Europe.
Preferably living within the South of the UK (commutable to London and the South), the BeMS Project/Commissioning Engineers duties will be a mixture of offsite engineering (design, software and graphics) and on-site commissioning.
The chosen candidate who takes on this excellent opportunity will be actively encouraged to consider, share and deploy ways to benefit our current and expanding customer base.
Due to the nature of the business an element of out of hours work will be required.
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Trend BeMS essential
- Knowledge of Tridium and Schneider would be advantageous
- Appetite to learn new systems
- An understanding of HVAC applications
- Demonstrate electrical skills/competence
- Demonstrate working with initiative
- Strong report writing skills
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
- Flexibility
- A proactive attitude with pride displayed in your work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with PC’s
